Draft. Draft prepared from legal research, not yet reviewed by a licensed US attorney. Items in ⟦ ⟧ must be completed. Before this becomes final: confirm governing law and venue, complete the entity, address and contacts, and set up how a former customer asks for deletion (the Terms, DPA and Privacy Notice promise deletion within 30 days of such a request).
Haularo Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to everyone who uses Haularo — customers, their staff and drivers, and invited partner users. It is part of the Terms of Service.
You may not use Haularo to
- break the law, or help anyone else do so;
- commit freight fraud, including double brokering, impersonating a carrier or broker, or issuing false rate confirmations or invoices;

- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, including through driver messages;
- upload malware, or files or EDI designed to harm the Service or anyone receiving them;
- store full Social Security numbers, payment card numbers or health records beyond the dates and results the Service is designed to hold;
- collect information about people without the notice and consent the law requires, including tracking a driver’s location outside work;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.
You may not
- probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission — report vulnerabilities to ⟦security contact email⟧ instead;
- try to reach another company’s data, bypass access controls or rate limits, or share credentials or API keys with another company;
- scrape the Service or access it by automated means other than the documented API;
