Haularo Driver App Terms
Your carrier uses Haularo to dispatch loads and keep its records, and gave you access to the driver app. The carrier has its own agreement with ⟦Haularo legal entity name⟧ (“Haularo”) and decides how its information is used. These terms cover your use of the app.
1. Safety first
Do not use the app while driving. Stop in a safe, legal place first. The app is not an electronic logging device and does not record your hours of service; follow your carrier’s logging procedures and the law.
2. What the app records
The app records what you enter and send: messages, inspection reports, delivery confirmations, photos and signatures. If your carrier uses location features, the app or your carrier’s devices may report your location while you are working, and Haularo records where a delivery was confirmed when that is provided. Photograph freight and paperwork, not people. This information belongs to your carrier, who is responsible for telling you how it uses it. How Haularo handles personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.
3. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and use the app only for your carrier’s work, in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not enter false information in inspection, delivery or other records.
4. Your carrier controls your access
Your carrier can change or end your access. Questions about information held about you go to your carrier; Haularo will help it respond.
5. No guarantees to you
Haularo is provided to your carrier under its agreement with us. We make no promises to you personally about the app, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable to you for how it is used.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; you will be asked to accept a material change the next time you open the app.
