Haularo Partner Portal Terms
A carrier invited you to its partner portal on Haularo so that you can follow shipments and exchange documents with it. The carrier has its own agreement with ⟦Haularo legal entity name⟧ (“Haularo”). These terms cover your use of the portal. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company.
1. What you can see
The carrier decides what you can see — typically the loads it hauls for your company and their documents. That information is the carrier’s and your company’s business information: keep it confidential and use it only for your dealings with the carrier.
2. Using the portal
Keep your password to yourself. Do not try to see other companies’ information, share your account, or use the portal against the Acceptable Use Policy. Anything you upload must be yours to share.
3. The carrier is your counterparty
Rates, tenders, invoices, claims and payments are between you and the carrier. Haularo is not a broker or carrier and is not a party to them. Estimated times and tracking information may be inaccurate.
4. Your information
The carrier can end your access. How Haularo handles personal information is described in the Privacy Notice; requests about information the carrier holds go to the carrier.
5. No guarantees to you
The portal is provided to the carrier under its agreement with us. We make no promises to you or your company about it, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable to you for how it is used.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; you will be asked to accept a material change the next time you sign in.
