Haularo User Terms
You are using Haularo because the company you work for, or with, gave you an account. That company has its own agreement with ⟦Haularo legal entity name⟧ (“Haularo”) and decides how its information is used. These terms cover how you use your account.
1. Your account
Keep your password and two-factor device to yourself, and tell your company’s administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what you do in Haularo.
2. Using Haularo
Use Haularo only for your company’s business and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not try to see information your role does not give you, and keep the information you see confidential — it belongs to your company and its partners.
3. Your company controls the information
Your company decides what is recorded about loads, vehicles and people, who can see it and how long it is kept, and it can end your access. Questions about information held about you should go to your company; Haularo will help it respond. How Haularo handles personal information is described in the Privacy Notice.
4. No guarantees to you
Haularo is provided to your company under its agreement with us. We make no promises to you personally about the service, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable to you for how it is used. Estimates, reminders and suggestions in Haularo are aids, not decisions: follow your company’s instructions and the law.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; you will be asked to accept a material change the next time you sign in.
